Description

Here we have
a typical luncheon-sized plate (approximately 9") plate from Shenango's Inca Ware line in a creamy tan shade with three bands around the rim in two shades of orange and what is either a very, very dark brown or a slightly faded black (off-black) shade. Very clean piece, with no chips or cracks, and no stains or silver-gray utensil marks, but with moderately-to heavily scattered colorless scratches to the glaze which has caused some dullness in particular to the colorful bands. Perfectly serviceable, with a long life ahead of it, and still a nice-looking piece, just a bit road-weary.
