Vintage restaurant ware coffee cup and saucer
The cup has a dark green band and a 3/4" Michigan State University seal;
the saucer has only a dark green band.
The cup measures approx. 3" high and holds approx. 7 fluid ounces (filled to the rim);
the saucer measures approx. 5 1/4" in diameter.
Both were made by Shenango China, New Castle, PA
Condition: there are no chips, cracks or repairs; there are some scuffs/scratches (on both pieces); the cup has a small manufacturers flaw on the rim (see photo 9, it's a small indentation that looks like a chip, but has glaze over it); there are stilt marks on the underside of the saucer (see photos 11 & 12)
