    Got this from a yard sale somewhere on Rt. 2, in western Massachusetts, somewhere between Charelemont and Shelburne Falls area...
    Typically signs like this are found on the front of a house, showing when the house was built.
    I know nothing about this sign, other than it looks authentic.
    Made of wood; letters etched in, painted black; rest of sign painted white. The back is not painted.
    Shows lots of weathering
    about 18" wide, and 7" high, 1 1/2" thick
