1. Send drawings and 3D file to customer service.( Contains quantity, material and process requirements etc.)
2. Customer service offers quotation.
3. Confirmed price and arrange pay deposit.
4. Production.
5. Confirm product quality, pay balance payment and arrange delivery.

Q1. What is your MOQ?

Q2. Are you a factory or trading company?
Re: We are a factory. our technical team have more than 16 years experiences in Rapid prototyping business.
Q3. What is your payment term?
Re: T/T, 50% Deposit with P.O., 50% before delivery. For the small amout, we prefer to 100% Deposit with P.O due to the bank transfer fee.
Q4: What is preferred CAD model format?
Re: STP is preferred, and X_T , IGS, STL .
Q5: What is your surface treatment?
Re: Painting ( spraying), anodizing, electroplating, brushed, sandblasting, printing, transparent, translucent, rubber, plating and etc.
Q6:How long can i get the sample?
Re: Depends on your specific items,within 3-7 days is required generally.
