You get both reflects hammers the red one is just generic I believe the only thing I see wrote on it is chrome the other one is made by famed medical manufacture sklar Out of Germany I have only seen this grayish colored one listed on another site for over 0 but I’ve never seen another one with that particular color but I got for a good price so I’m passing that on to you I am not a medical equipment collector so please feel free to message me any questions
