Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This hoist is in Good cosmetic condition with only minor blemishes from prior use (light scuffs/scratches especially on the bar).
Notes:
This winch is in Good working condition.  When the controls are both switched in the same direction (either "up" or "down") the motor turns.  Pressing the up-stop switch stops the motor when it is reeling in but not when reeling out.  NOTE that the motor makes a very small ticking noise during rotation; this does not seem to affect function but we have to mention it.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
