    We buy and sell over eBay. Most of our products are removed from working environments. If there are any known issues regarding the item, we will certainly tell you in the item description. Sometimes we take photos of the actual item and anything included in the sale. If you don’t see it in the photo or it is not listed in the item description, then it is not included in the sale. Never assume otherwise. Sometimes the photo(or photos) posted are just demos, because we have many lots of the listed merchandise and can't take a picture of each lot. In that case, the actual item or items might be slightly different from what’s shown in the photo(or photos). If you have any questions, please ask us before buying
    our items. We will not accept purchases from those with overall negative feedback. We consider the transaction ended once the buyer is happy with the product or products received and has left feedback. We will leave feedback only after the buyer has done so for us.
    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
    1. PAYMENT TERMS:
    We accept PAYPAL only if you have a Paypal confirmed shipping address.
    Payments must be received within 4 calendar days from the date of the sale.
    We ship to Paypal confirmed shipping addresses only. There are NO exceptions as this protects us from fraudulent transactions. The confirmed shipping address is the same as your credit card billing address.
    2. SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND INSURANCE(S&H):
    The S&H fee listed includes insurance charges already, unless otherwise stated.
    Most low value items(under US0.00) are shipped via Postal Service with insurance.
    Most high value items(above US0.00) are shipped via UPS ground with insurance and tracking number.
    All of our merchandise is shipped from Ontario, Canada. Our S&H fee is high because it is an international shipment to US buyers, NOT a US domestic one. We hope US buyers understand this.
    Sometimes the S&H fee is determined by the chargeable weight (volume matters) rather than the actual weight. Please keep this in mind if the item you buy is bulky.
    The buyer will be responsible for all S&H charges.
    Unfortunately, we can't use the buyer's UPS or Fedex account to ship the package. We apologize for any inconvenience.
    We do not accept local pickups unless otherwise stated.
    3. WARRANTY INFORMATION:
    We make no claims of warranty attached with the item. All items are sold in "AS IS" condition and all sales are final (including new items). New and factory-sealed items that are defective must be exchanged or returned to the manufacturer as they should still be under warranty.
    All Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims must be made within a period of 3 calendar days after receiving the item. Claims made after this period are void.
    Only the value of the purchase price will be refunded to the buyer. We do not refund S&H fees or reimburse for returning shipping postage.
    When returning an item for exchange, the buyer is responsible for all returning shipping fees from/to the buyer's
    location.
    A HitechBasics security tag or mark is hidden on all items to prevent any fraud. Breaking, removing or tampering with any such tags or marks will void any DOA claims.
    If a sale is stated to be "AS IS" in the item description, that sale is FINAL. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be allowed for such a sale.

    5. INFORMATION REGARDING HARD DRIVES OR HARDWARE NEEDING PASSWORDS:
    Hard drives may have been reformatted or erased by the original owner to protect intellectual property. Unless specifically noted, computer equipment doesn’t ship  with any Operating System (even if OS is still loaded). We are not responsible for items that need reformatting, system configuration and/or installation of software not included in the sale. We are also not responsible for any items needing security passwords or passwords of any kind. We do not have passwords unless specifically noted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to reload appropriate software or handle issues regarding passwords. Our job is to sell the hardware listed.
    6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUYERS OUTSIDE THE LOWER 48 STATES & CANADA:
    All international buyers must email us to get permission to buy and the S&H fee before bidding.
    The only payment method accepted for international buyers is bank to bank wire transfer. No other payment methods are accepted.
    All international sales will be treated as "AS IS" sales. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
    International buyers must pay any customs fees or duties applicable to the buyer's country.
    Refunds for damaged or lost packages will be issued only after the insurance claims have been successfully approved by the shipping company.
