Maru Yukimi（ 丸雪見）has a generally similar rounded look as Yukimi, but the details are quite different. Maru has a more elaborated flair in its design which has followed the century-old tradition. The foundation is three-legged with an extravagant curved shape. The platform is rounded but decorated with hand chiselled groves, the firebox is rounded with one big opening for putting in and taking out candles and two weaved windows. The umbrella of Maru Yukimi is decorated with six flower petals, plus an elegantly tapering top, making the Maru looks like a flower from the top. All these details make Maru Yukimi more costly in materials and time-consuming in crafting.
