    TO HAUL THIS ITEM A 1.5 TON TRUCK IS REQUIRED. ALLOW 1 HR TO LOAD AND TIE DOWN.
    One used Hampton Bay '24,000 BTU' 240V Window A/C, with a new controller board and capacitor, as well as a new spare capacitor, the remote controller fob, and a small box of parts for the louver.
    Dimensions. In inches; H = 17; W = 26; D =30:  Control options; Cool, Dry Cool; Fan Speed 1, 2, or 3. Auto start under power fail. ( I have never tried that option ) Timer for shut down.
    Currently easily keeping my small home cool, it works from a 12ft x 20ft room over the hallway and other rooms. It is listed to cool 1500 sq ft.
    The sale is complete when the invoice is paid.
