Payment
Payment is due within 48 hours of winning bid for auction-style listings and immediately for Buy It Now, unless indicated otherwise. Sales tax will be added where applicable by law.
Shipping
Items are carefully packed and shipped within two business days of cleared payment unless indicated otherwise. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS, at our discretion. We do not ship on weekends. Additional postage may be required for shipments outside of the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. For items requiring freight transport, we are happy to assist with coordinating. International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup at our warehouse in Long Island City, NY 11101.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept domestic returns within 14 days for most items. Items must be returned in the same condition as originally received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please refer to individual listings for return information. If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, you must keep the box and all packaging materials and contact us immediately. We do not accept international returns.
