The quoted delivery cost of .98 is for standard common carrier "curbside" delivery only. The freight carrier will
NOT
provide inside delivery or installation.
The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment and they will not deliver your order until they set up a delivery appointment directly with you.
Delivery locations that are extraordinary (such as an island, mountain top, NYC, Washington DC or extreme rural areas) may create additional delivery charges.
Delivery
Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect your appliance before signing for it.
Damage to the appliance may not always be reflected on the packaging. Even if there is no visible damage to the packaging, please inspect the appliance itself before accepting it.
Please notate any damage you find onto the bill of lading when you accept or refuse a delivery.
If you find any damage that you are uncomfortable with keeping, please refuse the delivery. Do
NOT
accept any delivery that you are planning on returning.
Delivery Disclaimer
The customer is aware that all appliances must be properly inspected upon delivery.
The customer is aware that accepting a delivery without proper notation of damage will alleviate the seller from any liability for the appliance. The customer will be responsible for any damage that is not reported on the day of delivery. The seller
CANNOT
provide any compensation, replacement parts or additional services for deliveries accepted with no damage documented.
The customer has 30 days to report any damage or they will be liable to keep the unit as-is.
Return Policy
Please verify the color, dimensions, features and style of the appliance before purchasing.
If an item is purchased in error and/or exhibits no signs of damage, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse using the same packaging and method of transportation as was used when the product was delivered.
The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the original delivery charge is not refundable.
Payment Terms
Upon accepting an offer, payment
MUST
be made within 3 days or the item may be relisted if available.
Accepting a listing offer will
NOT
reserve a unit under any circumstance. Until full payment is made, an item can still be purchased by another customer online or in one of our stores. We will not hold or reserve any item that has been not paid in full; even upon request.
