Why Bug Barrier?
You know Bug Barrier is a temporary insect shield. But how does that protection work?
Stop Staining and Etching
Let splattered insect remains sit on your paint for too long and you'll be looking at an incredibly stubborn stain. Wait even longer and their acidic insides will etch right into the surface. But with Bug Barrier applied, insect remains won't have the chance to etch thanks to its durable barrier. Instead, they'll rest on top, no harm done.
Make Cleaning Easy
Normally insect remains are a pain to clean, since their acidic insides harden onto many of the surfaces they may come in contact with. Bug Barrier takes that cleaning headache out of the equation by stopping insects from touching your surface in the 1st place. Since they'll be resting on top of the barrier, just a simple rinse is enough to make them slide right off. No more having to spot clean each and every splatter with some caustic chemical - just grab the hose and you'll be good to go.
Resist Other Contaminants and Rock Chips, Too
Bug Barrier was formulated with insect remains in mind, of course, but it also works wonders with other contaminants like bird droppings, sap and road tar. But it's not just etching from harsh contaminants that Bug Barrier resists - it also protects against small rock chips and other light road debris.
How Does It Work?
Bug Barrier works by creating a temporary barrier, keeping contaminants from coming in contact with the surface so they cannot stain or etch.
Application Instructions
1. Shake well.
2. Spray directly onto a clean microfiber cloth. Wipe the surface, being sure to get full, even coverage.
3. Let dry.
4. Reapply after heavy rain and each wash for maximum protection.
Additional Tips
Not for use on headlights or windshields.
For maximum results, clean your car with Dr. Beasley's Premium Body Wash and/or Insect Remover before applying Bug Barrier.
Before applying, test a small amount in an inconspicuous place to check compatibility with surface.
