Acme Supreme Juicerator model 5001. This is a 500 Watt juice extractor in white, grey and stainless steel made in the United States in Sierra Madre, Ca. which is where I bought it in 1985! This is a professional appliance with a 500-watt vibration-free induction motor, a stainless-steel blade and stainless centrifugal force separator which removes juice from pulp. All of its internal mechanisms made of commercial-quality stainless steel. The polycarbonate housing is dishwasher-safe, measures 9-1/4 by 9-1/4 by 12+ and in excellent condition. This juicer is very smooth & whisper quiet just as you'd expect of American engineering! It weighs a ton - not really but it weighs 12 lbs. This really is a commercial machine, it has so much power you could extract juice from old shoes! The manual is included.
