The stirrups are safety stirrups designed for safety in riding and jumping when needed to break feet free for any situation.  First stirrup peacock set is made of stainless steel with white rubber pads equipped with white rubber bands.  Second safety set is made of metal with black rubber pads.  Both sets are in nice, used condition with fading, tarnish and wear from usage -
